Application & Home Purchase Process
1. Find a Home You Are Interested In
· In some cases, Cedar Heights management may know of homes for sale, but the best way for a prospective resident to find a home for sale within Cedar Heights is by driving through and observing ‘for sale’ signs.
2. Complete a Cedar Heights Residency Application
· Applications are available on our website (click link below or pick up outside our office door in the literature holder).
· Every adult who will reside in the home should complete the required application.
· Applicants should also review the Cedar Heights Rules and Regulations.

3. Cedar Heights will Review the Application
4. Cedar Heights will Complete an Inspection of the Exterior of the Home and Lot
· If repairs are required, Cedar Heights will communicate what must be repaired for the home to remain in Cedar Heights.
5. Cedar Heights will Communicate Approval of Residency
6. Buyer and Seller Complete the Home Purchase
